Nathan Cron
President | Pioneer in Mobile Diagnostics & Digital Health
Nathan Cron is a mission-driven healthcare leader and industry pioneer dedicated to improving access to diagnostic care. As the founder and President of The National Phlebotomy Provider Network (NPPN), Nathan has spent over 20 years building the nation's leading specimen collection network, bridging the gap between patients and critical diagnostic services.
His healthcare journey began in patient care, working with developmentally delayed and physically disabled individuals before serving as a medic in the Army National Guard. He later transitioned to clinical laboratory leadership, gaining experience at San Francisco General Hospital, UCSF, Hunter Laboratories, and CareDx. Nathan has also served as a specimen management consultant and research project manager for Aceris Research and has advised private CROs and university research teams at Stanford and UC Berkeley. His expertise in legal cases involving phlebotomy standards and best practices has been sought.
With a deep-rooted commitment to patient-centered care, Nathan has led NPPN’s growth into the premier provider of mobile phlebotomy services. His vision ensures that every patient receives the highest standard of care, just as he would want for his own family. Under his leadership, NPPN continues to expand its impact, setting new benchmarks for quality and accessibility in diagnostic healthcare.

As Chief Technology Officer at PhlebX, now part of Dash Health, he drives the technological innovation that powers the company’s mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
Eugene specializes in real-time mobility solutions, cybersecurity, network communications, and IT integration. He ensures that Dash Health’s platform remains secure, scalable, and highly efficient. He also oversees system architecture, application development, and IT infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in advancing the company’s digital capabilities.
With a deep expertise in building robust and secure healthcare technology systems, Eugene is instrumental in optimizing operations and enhancing the reliability of mobile medical services. Brett McClung is a seasoned healthcare executive and strategic leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in healthcare enterprises. As CEO of Dash Health, he leverages his expertise in integrated delivery networks, health system transformation, and strategic advisory roles to enhance value for stakeholders. Previously, he served as President & CEO of Baptist Health, a $2B+ integrated delivery network in Florida, and Market President at Texas Health Resources, overseeing a $6B+ network with 350+ sites across Texas.
Beyond executive leadership, Brett is a trusted advisor to HealthTech, medtech, and BioPharma companies, collaborating with Stanford Medical School and Stanford Health Care on emerging technologies, including generative AI applications in healthcare. He is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital and serves as an Independent Board Director for Premier Healthcare Holdings. A recognized thought leader, he has lectured at global industry conferences, including the Global Health Summit in Brussels, and is a U.S. Marshall Memorial Leadership Fellow.
Brett holds an MS in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, where he serves as an Executive in Residence, and a BA in Business from Southwestern University. He is a Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow at Stanford University and an alumnus of the Wharton Business School. He and his wife, Nancy, enjoy spending time with their two grown daughters.

Anna Litvinova is a seasoned phlebotomy leader with over 17 years of experience in mobile diagnostics and laboratory operations. As Phlebotomy Manager at Dash Health, she oversees the end-to-end management of mobile specimen collection services, driving operational excellence, compliance, and patient-centered service delivery across multiple markets.
Anna has successfully built and scaled mobile phlebotomy departments throughout her career, leading high-performing teams of 20+ professionals at PhlebX and AccuReference Lab. Her leadership has consistently improved efficiency, enhanced patient satisfaction, and optimized field operations. At PhlebX, she played a key role in developing and implementing a proprietary mobile application to streamline house call services—contributing to a 20% improvement in sample turnaround times.
With deep expertise in compliance, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration, Anna has led initiatives to modernize mobile collection workflows, enhance quality assurance, and align services with client and provider needs.
